Select the file you wish to load and press the lower-center button again to open the actions menu.

Load as map track
Now simply select "Load as map track".
You can also load your logs as map tracks.

Once done, a popup will display "Track loaded".
You can now navigate back to the Map menu to view the track displayed as a thick blue line.
